Luca was wonderful! The house was wonderful! Sorrento was wonderful! Luca was extremely helpful with organizing trips and taxis, made amazing suggestions and was always available when needed! The house was charming and had the most beautiful views. Easy to get to and rather cool for the hot climate! We had such a fun time and this was a great place to start!

The house is nice!

The house is nice! It’s very picturesque and big- bigger than you would expect. (…). The views are superb and there is ample space to walk around for a big group and catch a break. The kitchen and living spaces are super cool. Our beds were not that comfortable cause they had old spring mattresses that were a bit off level so be aware of that. The property has parking spots which is great and close drive to everything you need. Parking in Sorrento is around $25 a day and not less. We enjoyed cooking and staying in the house and we had everything we needed and it had tons of cute touches. The hosts that met us were fantastic and super friendly, super cute and welcoming.

We loved the villa

We loved the villa, the majestic views, the lovely rooms and keeping us fit Thank you Carolina and Rita for making our holiday truly Italian.

Stunning villa in the hills of Sorrento

I cannot say enough about this stunning villa in the hills of Sorrento — what a splendour to get to enjoy three nights at this beautiful location. Everything was flawless. The house is sparkling clean and has all of the amenities you could ask for. Rita was particularly helpful upon check-in and helping us during our stay to book restaurant reservations etc. We were a family of 8 and were quite comfortable sharing the space. You have the entire first floor to yourself including outdoor patio with dining area, the front lawn is shared with guests renting the second floor. We were happy to find a washing machine (clothes are hung to dry) and dishwasher. The villa is quiet and offers exceptional views of Sorrento. I would highly recommend a stay at this location

Hi It’s been a few days since we’ve come back from our holiday. … And we miss it every moment! Firstly, it is not my first time in RB&B and i must say it was the most enjoyable experience! The people; Carolina, Rita and Luca were so attentive and caring from the moment we placed the reservation 6 months ago. Kept asking for our needs and preparing us from a far for our journey to their villa. When we arrived beautiful Sonia waited for us, guided us through the house and made sure we have everything. The Villa; Well….. WOW is not enough to describe the place. It is an historic house that was originally renovated in 1899. (…) Very authentic, rustic and spacious. Almost from every room there is an exit to the garden …. and to the AMAZING back yard. We used every corner of the surrounding yard in different times of the day… breakfast at the front, afternoon on the loan and sunset at the edge of the back yard looking over the bay… Sorrento, Napoli, Vesuvius and Capri. (…) The house is on the hills overlooking Sorrento (…) So , we had a great time and i am sure that it won’t be our last visit. Ciao!

Beautiful location

Beautiful location. Wonderful view from the terasse. A good point to explore the Penisula. We enjoyed to weeks with our kids.

Incredible settings

You read the reviews: the view & the incredible settings is what makes this place unique. It is an Italian dream stuck in time & beauty and we have loved staying here. Yes, some of the things might not be as polished, the beds not the most comfortable ones, the resident from above gave us a bit of a grunt when we parked wrong and the bathrooms need a bit of an upgrade but to be honest – who cares if you are being rewarded with a great historic house in one of the most wonderful regions of our planet. Also Luca’s agency helped us with a boat trip to Capri which was well worth it. So, we would love to come back soon again.

Charming villa

Charming villa with beautiful views over the Gulf of Naples. It’s pretty historical so don’t go expecting a lot of modern facilities. Despite that, it’s clean and pretty well appointed and will have everything you’d need. Luca, who was our contact person, was great and responsive! He welcomed us and helped us arrange for an amazing Amalfi Coast your by car. It was perfect for our group of 8. Location-wise, it’s a little far off from the town center so we rented cars to get around. It’s a fun challenge to navigate the windy roads around Sorrento and the Amalfi coast, so drive carefully! Whatever you do, don’t make the same mistake we did and drive up the incredibly windy footpath up the hill. That made for quite an adventure!

Beautiful historic home

Beautiful historic home with amazing views. Breathtaking sunsets. Downtown Sorrento is a quick drive by car. We had our own vehicle but the bus stop is a short walk from the house. There is also a foot path which is a 15 min walk to downtown but be aware it is a little strenuous. Luca was extremely helpful. He arranged a boat tour to Capri and dinner reservations for us. He was very accommodating and responsive.

An authentic Italian experience!

An authentic Italian experience! The photographs are true: it has a spectacular position over the bay with lovely views. The property itself is charming and with grand proportions. If you’re from the UK you’ll love this if you’ve been to Landmark Trust properties. Be aware that this has the feel of a much loved family home – if you’re expecting Hilton-style white-box slickness and modernity this might not be for you.
