Private Boat Trip to Capri and Positano

Yesterday we tried a Private Boat Trip around Capri and to Positano and the Amalfi Coast with eight friends of us.

They came to visit us and to pass some days in the Mermaids Land, from Milan, Rome, Naples, Benevento, Pordenone and Madrid.

We sailed around Capri, stopped for swimming and to visit the White and the Green grotto. We didn’t see the famous Blue one because it was very crowded. Some of us landed at the port of Capri and spent a couple of hours gallivanting around the Piazzetta, via Camerelle, Punta Tragara, Anacapri, and so on. Then we reached Positano and sailed along the Amalfi and Sorrento Coast.

Tonino and Monica were our skipper and crew assistant on a 9m Gozzo Sorrentino. They were fantastic, the boat, too.

We have had a very good cold meal onboard, soft drinks and beer, beach towels and everything we needed to have fun and enjoy our sailing day.

Ieri abbiamo provato il tour in barca attorno a Capri e a Positano con otto nostri amici.

Sono venuti a trovarci e a passare qualche giorno nella Terre delle Sirene, chi da Milano, chi da Roma, Napoli, Pordenone, Benevento e Madrid.

Abbiamo navigato attorno a Capri, fermandoci per fare il bagno e visitare la Grotta Bianca e la Grotta Verde, Non abbiamo potuto visitare la famosa Grotta Azzurra perché era troppo affollata. Alcuni di noi sono scesi al porto di Capri per passare un paio d’ore a terra. Hanno passeggiato in Piazzetta, lungo via Camerelle fino a Punta Tragara. Hanno poi visitato Anacapri. Tutti insieme abbiamo poi raggiunto Positano, navigando lungo la Costiera amalfitana e la Penisola sorrentina.

Tonino e Monica, i nostri skipper ed assistente di bordo, sono stati fantastici, così come la barca, un Gozzo sorrentino di 9 metri. A bordo ci è stato offerto un ottimo pasto freddo, con bibite e birra. Abbiamo avuto tutto quanto necessario per passare una meravigliosa giornata di mare, dai teli da bagno all’attrezzatura per lo snorkeling.
